Our story so far

The TaaS Company was born from the desire to reinvent how organizations build and manage teams. Since our start in 2022, we’ve been helping companies gain seamless access to highly skilled talent — just when they need it, and always aligned with their unique requirements. We saw the challenges many organizations faced and developed a model that combines flexibility, expertise, and efficiency.

Our team is made up not just of specialists, but of people who are passionate about what they do. We thrive on delivering quality — whether we work independently on your project or operate as an extension of your organization. Most of our software developers are Turkish and based in Istanbul. They have extensive experience working remotely with Dutch companies. As a team, we believe we offer the dedication, quality, and engagement you might currently be missing.

Alper Can is our go-to JavaScript expert and serves as Lead Frontend Developer at The TaaS Company. With a strong focus on performance and user experience, he blends deep technical knowledge with a product-oriented mindset.

Our partners

When we started in 2022, we couldn’t have imagined working with some of the leading agencies in the Netherlands. Our journey began with an ecosystem of competence centers, where we established a Teams-as-a-Service setup for their agencies. These partnerships helped us expand our services and start working directly with end clients. With our Turkish roots, we also bring the knowledge and experience needed to successfully execute Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models

Our scholarship program

We never founded The TaaS Company just for ourselves. From the very beginning, we felt a responsibility to give back — especially to Turkish society and the software industry. That’s why we launched Turuncu | Geleceğe Yatırım ("Investing in the Future"). Through this initiative, we offer scholarships to Turkish students starting a Software Engineering degree at a technical university in Istanbul. In addition to financial support, we also provide internships and mentorship throughout their studies.
