The TaaS Company was founded in 2022 with one goal: bridging the gap between supply and demand in software development. What began as a collaboration with Dutch digital agencies has grown into an international model for flexible, scalable development teams. Today, we serve clients across Europe, from agencies and startups to enterprise organizations, with teams proud of what they build together. Our offices are located in Veenendaal and Istanbul, but our culture is entirely remote-first: results-driven, open, and people-focused.

When we started in 2022, we couldn't have imagined working for leading agencies in the Netherlands. Our journey began with an ecosystem of competence centers, where we established a Teams-as-a-Service solution for their agencies. Thanks to these experiences, we've further expanded our services and now also carry out projects directly for end clients. Thanks to our roots in Turkey, we also have the knowledge and experience to successfully execute Build-Operate-Transfer projects.

We never founded The TaaS Company just for ourselves. From the very beginning, we felt a responsibility to give back — especially to Turkish society and the software industry. That’s why we launched a scholarship initiative. Through this initiative, we offer scholarships to Turkish students starting a Software Engineering degree at a technical university in Istanbul. In addition to financial support, we also provide internships and mentorship throughout their studies.
